That being said, activspace is dreaming with it's exorbitant 2007 sq ft prices. It's fabulous and half-empty, too!Most of the people doing the same thing people in the neighborhood have been doing for decades, were chased out of SF by the yuppie-RBA-dotcom-induced cost-of-living, and they are now doing the same thing in Oakland or Portland.It's okay, though, because this food bubble economy will never pop until it does.
